The Chimney Cream for breakfast was an innovative dish that perfectly balanced flavors and textures, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely meal. the adjacent bookstore was a nice touch, offering a selection of books to peruse while waiting for your meal or simply relaxing after dining. the friendly staff made sure that I had everything I needed, and the good fry up breakfast was just what I needed to start my day off right. the Greggs directly opposite the hotel also sold decent coffee, which was a convenient option for a quick pick-me-up. Overall, the Black Swan Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, with a variety of options to suit every palate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and delicious stay.
